Supercritical physical foaming materials

Xingpai uses supercritical nitrogen (N ₂) or carbon dioxide (CO ₂) as the foaming fluid, and forms a fine and uniform microporous foam structure by mixing and rapid pressure relief of solid substrates such as ATPU, PEBA, TPEE, EVA under specific conditions. This technology achieves a minimum material density of 0.05-0.06g/cm ³ and a rebound rate of up to 80%, combining ultimate lightweight and excellent energy feedback performance.
